PRICING
All prices shown are wholesale and do not include any freight. Prices do not include any state, local and federal taxes. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. BRESCO will not be undersold! Compare our prices to anyone locally. If the identical item is advertised locally at a lower price, we will meet or beat that price (as ling as you provide us with a current advertisement). Closeouts, clearance sales or printed ad errors do not qualify.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We welcome American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover cards, checks or money orders payable to BRESCO, Inc. (Note: Additional collection fees are required on C.O.D. orders.) Open account terms of Net 30 days are available to established firms. Please contact us for credit application. Leasing options are available. Contact a customer representative for details.
WARRANTY
BRESCO warrants all products in this catalog to the limits of the manufacturers expressed warranties to us.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
BRESCO inspects all items thoroughly prior to shipment. You should also inspect your items prior to accepting delivery. You must note freight damage on the freight bill and file a claim immediately. BRESCO’s responsibility for damages ceases as soon as the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
The carrier is responsible for safe arrival at destination. DO NOT REFUSE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE.
If your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing follow these steps.
- Advise the trucking to provide an inspection report.
- Note damages or shortages on the freight bill before signing for the shipment.
- Contact our customer service department at 1-800-344-2455 for assistance.
SHIPPING
UPS charges are based on 15% of the merchandise total. Local deliveries will be made by our BRESCO trucks. We will advise you of the actual freight cost if shipped by common carrier. You need to make arrangements for unloading large item. Lift gate deliveries by truck lines are available at additional cost. Unloading and setting in place is also available. Please advise if desired.
RETURNS
Prior to shipping, contact our customer service department at 1-800-344-2455 to obtain a return authorization. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. All items will be inspected for damage or misuse prior to any credit refund. Certain items may be subject to as much as a 30% restocking charge. Merchandise will be pricked up at our expense if it is the fault of BRESCO or the manufacturer. Custom made, used items or special orders are not returnable. Unauthorized returns will be refused and not credit issued.

Our customers know they can trust us to make sure they receive satisfaction when making a purchase. Advise us within 30 days of receipt if you are dissatisfied with any product, follow our returned goods procedure and you will receive a credit or a refund.
