PERFORMANCE

Ideal for "on-demand meat chopping for processing fresh, boned meat. Can be fed at a rapid pace with continuous chopping action, and when the job is complete only a minimum of meat will remain in the cylinder. There is no crushing or mashing of the meat... it comes out clean cut with all its natural color and flavor.

PRODUCTIVITY

Funnel shaped cylinder on 4822FS provides greater output and requires less pre-cutting.

AESTHETICS

Smooth contour desgin and finsih assures easy maintenance and makes it ideal to use in locations where it can be seen by customers. Small footprint allows it to fit on work coutners without taking valuable space.

CLEANABILITY

All parts which contact food, including cylinder, worm, knife, plate and feed pan are easily accessible and readily removable for convenient cleaning without the use of tools. Also, the entire chopping end can be removed by simply loosening the holding screw located in the top corner of the housing.
